United Way announces $40,000 in funding for Dufferin social services
Thanks to the generosity of local donors, United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin is providing $40,000 in funding to six Dufferin-area social service agencies in 2012.
University volunteers awarded for outstanding contribution
Sixth annual Winegard Awards recognize the volunteer contributions of University of Guelph faculty, staff and students.
This year's recipients: Dr. Jim Petrik, Associate Vice-President Brenda Whiteside and fourth-year human nutrition student Karoline Hoy. Congratulations to these outstanding community volunteers!
