“I have suffered from anxiety and depression for over 30 years, but I have been stable now for the last 8 years. Then the COVID pandemic hit, and my dog passed away. Without the support program, I would have fallen back into my old illness without a positive way of connecting with people and learning new coping skills. I can’t thank the program staff enough for infusing joy into these workshops. Sometimes therapy and self-help are best found when you can just take the focus off yourself and witness other people doing the same. Quite a good lifeline.
