United Way GenNext is excited to present “Lessons with Local Leaders” – our 5th annual collaboration between GenNext and Eagle’s Flight bringing together approximately 20 community leaders and 70 young professionals for a morning of networking, activities and learnings from local leaders.
Lessons with Local Leaders provides an opportunity to connect with, and learn from, current community leaders and those who will lead change within our community in the future. It includes breakfast, an interactive activity facilitated by Eagle’s Flight and four short keynote presentations including:
The Importance of Goals – Steve Zahnd, CEO of The Zahnd Team
Values-Based Leadership – Rick McCombie, Vice-Chair United Way Campaign Cabinet
Mentorship – Chris Evans, EVP Business Development and Marketing at Eagle’s Flight
Community Engagement – Robin Lee Norris, Founder of Robin Lee Norris and Associates
