At United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin, our work is guided by our values. They aren’t just words, they inform every aspect of what we do and inspire and shape our efforts towards improving lives and building community. We recently updated our organizational values because we aspire to be better. The world we work in today has changed and we want to ensure our daily work is values-based and focused on making lasting positive change.
